Spelling Bee 2012

On the 21st March the students of the 7th and 8th grades participated in the Spelling Bee which took place in Multimedia Room.

The activity was done with expectation and enthusiasm and above all there was a hard but friendly dispute among the contestants.

The activity was also enriched by the contribution of several teachers and students, that helped a lot; the pronouncer, teacher Cristina Vasconcelos; the judges, teacher Graça Coelho, teacher Paulo Ramos, teacher Ana Nogueira and the supervisors, the students João Pires and Francisco Moura. A big thank you to all of them.

Reading Contest

On the 29th February under the English teachers’ supervision, the students of the 5^th and 6^th grades participated in the Reading contest which took place in our library.

The activity was done with the students’ enthusiasm and above all there was a hard but friendly dispute among the contestants.

In the end of the contest all the participants met each other and had a five o’clock tea.
